Dosage:
In pigs
9 mg of thiamine and 0.66 mg of pyridoxine per kg of bodyweight and per day, corresponding to 1 ml of product per 10 kg of bodyweight per day for 2 days, intramuscularly or orally.
In cattle, horses, sheep and dogs
9 mg of thiamine and 0.66 mg of pyridoxine per kg of bodyweight and per day, corresponding to 1 ml of product per 10 kg of bodyweight per day for 2 days, intravenously, intramuscularly or orally.
Prevention of necrosis of the cerebral cortex can be carried out at the rate of 1 ml / 100 kg / day.

Pharmacodynamic properties:
Vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride) is essential for the nutrition of the nervous system, muscles and glands. It is involved in the metabolism of carbohydrates during muscle contraction. Its deficiency causes an accumulation of toxic waste, resulting from the incomplete breakdown of carbohydrates in the blood and tissues, causing major disorders in the
central nervous system.
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) is involved in the transformation of amino acids. It is essential in the metabolism of tryptophan and therefore plays a role in the constitution of hemoglobin. It also mobilizes hepatic glycogen and is involved in muscle and cardiac contractions.
