Description
Artrivet Forte anti-inflammatory in injectable solution, derived from pyrazolone with analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory action in injectable solution.
Anti-inflammatory indicated to treat arthritis problems, foot conditions, lameness, mastitis and in general for the treatment of inflammatory processes, pain and fever.

MECHANISM OF ACTION
It focuses on the inhibition of cyclooxygenase (an enzyme that catalyzes the transformation of arachidonic acid into prostaglandins, prostacyclins and thromboxanes). The effects have been shown to be due to the inhibition of prostaglandin biosynthesis, which act as peripheral pain mediators, stimulators of endogenous pyrogen synthesis and mediators of the inflammatory process. It also has a slight action of increasing uric acid excretion in the urine and inhibiting platelet aggregation.

ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION:
Intramuscular and intravenous.
DOSE
Adult horses: 30 ml on the 1st day, 20 ml on the 2nd day and then 10 ml a day,
for 4-6 days.
Foals: 10 ml on the 1st day and subsequently 5 ml a day, for 4-6 days.
Companion animals: 1 ml / 15 kg b.w. per day, for 5 days.
Withdrawal period: Not precise. (Do not use in horses and calves intended for human consumption).
Expiration period: 3 years from the date of manufacture
Commercial presentation: 20 and 100 ml containers
